The company will be assigned an Account Manager who will handle the orientation process of on boarding the app with HR and the staff. The enterprise CMS will enable the broadcast of information or announcement of news directly to the staff. Inventcare’s technical team will also set up employee details, travel routes, set tracker on vehicles or install GPS devices in company buses or cabs to ensure the safety of the employees.
The CMS will generate safety reports on a weekly basis (or a preferred periodicity) to analyze the company cars, driver’s skill, routes taken, fuel consumed and how a certain emergency was addressed. These reports will drive strategic organizational changes for HR to optimize solutions.
